Sad, but I have to say that with the patch, textarea widgets still eats too 
much events.

Without the patch:
Focus in a textarea and:
* press alt+L brings up the location menu
* press ctrl+Q quits konqueror.
With the patch, nothing happens.

On the positive side, the patch makes accesskeys work in file lineedit input 
widget
