Using KDE's magic file, <kdedir>/share/mimelnk/magic
A local override ~/.kde/share/mimelnk/magic would work, but it would
completely override the one in <kdedir>, not be merged to it (this is
a side-effect, not a real feature).
But if an application wants to install a mime-magic snippet, it can put it in
<kdedir>/share/config/magic/*.magic, or a user can put a snippet in
~/.kde/share/config/magic/*.magic
