The javascript debugging window is guilty.

Go to a webpage, select "View"->"Javascript debugger", go to your home 
directory, wait for khtml to unload, move cursor over icons in the 
"Javascript debugger" toolbar. *BANG*

Which also makes one wonder why this javascript debugger window is always 
created.
