The default string in KDE 3.1.x will look like this:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/3.1; Linux)
In KDE 3.0.x it looked like:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/3; Linux)
In KDE 2.2.2 it looked like:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/2.2.2; Linux)
The "Linux" part is replaced with the actual name of the operating system as
returned by "uname -s" (e.g. Linux, FreeBSD, etc.)
Cheers,
Waldo
