Just to be sure that this problem was invistigated:
  www.lupa.cz uses "Helvetica CE" font for that title (header), and 
KDE3beta2/Qt 3.0.1 maps that font to Helvetica, which is bitmap font (in most 
XFRee86 versions/user setups)

So, font selection mechanism in Qt/KDE3 needs to be fixed.
I think you should get Arial CE in this case (lupa.cz), which of course 
should be anti-aliased. Obviously, there is no font named "Helvetica CE" in 
most user setups...

P.S. my version of X was XF 4.1.0, AA enabled
