This means, that for example Slashdot would unlike in all other browsers also 
on the screen in Konqueror be forced to 10px margin.

Also do you also really mean, that HTML code like this one:

<html>
<style>
body { margin: 1cm }
</style>
<body>
xxx
</body>
</html>

also should use the 10px for the screen or 2cm for printing from the default 
style sheet?

If this is really the desired behavior, then we anyway have basically the same 
result as when hard coding it directely into the code.
