Hi,

This code works:

<html><body onClick='alert("hi")'></body></html>

Next code, with previous as frame source, works only after a click in the
frame margins:

<html><frameset>
  <frame SRC="frame.html">
</frameset></html>

So setting margins to zero e.g.
  <frame SRC="frame.html" MARGINHEIGHT="0" MARGINWIDTH="0">
Doesn't work at all.
