The image cache (being part of khtml) does not, and should not, have any 
special knowledge about help:/xyz URLs (file:/xyz URLs might be another 
story). However it is not unreasonable for khelpcenter to have some special 
knowledge about help:-style URLs, but in order to anything with that it needs 
to have a way to intercept these URLs on their way to the image cache. 
Currently khtml doesn't offer that functionality.
