Hi,

i recently noticed, that MS changed IE6s behavior when no formatting"rule" is 
provided. if i remember correctly, everthing is by default centered (which 
somehow makes sense, since threre is RTL and LTR). is that a w3c proposal?
it does break many pages... but maybe konqis behavior should be changed too ?
did i miss something ?!? :)
