maybe that one should go to bugs.kde.org, but i didn't know whether this is a 
wanted behavior.

konqueror will not reload the page (let's say http://localhost/index.html) if 
you click on a link to exactly the same url. for pure html pages that is fine 
but if you have a php page, that's ... well ... it may be annoying.
can that behavior be changed or is it a bug / feature ?! :)
