I'm a newbie to Kexi who'd like to move to an opensource replacement for
FileMaker. I've read the Kexi materials and am ready to experiment, but
realize that there's one important piece that I don't understand. I hope
you can help.

In FileMaker (and Access), reports are built in and quite powerful - I use
FileMaker's for many different outputs.

I'm not clear how I'm supposed to achieve such reporting with Kexi.

- Is there a third party report writer I should be using? If so, which
one(s) do you recommend for personal projects?
- Is a report writer a future part of Kexi that I should wait for?

For reference, I'm primarily an XP user, but am hoping to move more and more
to Ubuntu.
