Log Message:
Merge in the kernel-doc stuff that the kernel can generate.
Include are the results from make pdfdocs htmldocs
Note that the parport doc contains some empty images.
I had to add these to hack around a problem in the build script where it
couldn't find those images.

This document set was generated from 2.4.2-ac20
I'll update it in a few kernel revisions time.

Note, we don't have any of this linked from any of the other pages yet.
I'll do that sometime later (unless someone else beats me to it: hint).

Note to self: movement owes me a beer at UKUUG for adding the HTML :)
