The following series of patches resolve a number of issues regarding
the use of macvlans with vrrp. Some of the other patches fix typos
that were noticed during investigating the other fixes.

Principally, the patches change some of the ioctls that are called,
and some of the parameters that are passed, set the necessary options
in /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf automatically, and restore them on exit,
and re-order the closedown sequence.

The end result of the patches is that keepalived starts up and
closes down without any error messages, and there is no need for
external intervention to set the configuration on the vmac or
physical interfaces.
