Hi James,

I am currently too much busy to dig in this... :/

But this sound very strange... look like signal handler are not handled on 
your box ?.... strange... Did you see same thing with previous release ? 
... this handling part is a long time no change part :).... perhaps your 
system set some restriction on signal ?
