I suppose, that y can "create a new QT (sdi? or mdi..) project, and then
using Project/Add existing files... import all sources files. Eventually 
creating a subfolder for each library. All QT flags are set automatically at 
project creation, and the "moc" rules are automatically doned for each .h 
header file. General Flags in Project/Options but y can add custom flags 
editing Makefile.am outside the kdevelop-autogenerated section your 
CXXFLAGS... and LDFLAGS...
