Is there an echo in here? Or did I just send the mail twice?

I tried making something nice with the icon, but all I managed to do was spoil 
it, so I simply pasted the icon onto a green background.

Its is also at http://www.jcell.co.za/splash.htm

Let me know if you want the gimp xcf and  I'll mail it, perhaps someone can 
improve it?
