We could make the CMakeManager an ITestFramework (it already is a
ILanguageSupport), or at least it would make sense this code to sit in
kdevelop/buildtools/managers/cmake.

On the other hand, I'm not sure about why do you consider it is better to
have it separate but I'm fine with it if it makes you happy but you should
be aware that the user can change the builddir.
