That one is a classic: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89278

You're using a distro install of Qt? SuSE, perhaps? They've added a patch to 
Qt that breaks when called from katepart inside KDevelop. Unfortunately, the 
patch seems to have spread...
