Added infrastructure (Doxyfile.am's included into Makefile.am's) to build KDevelop \
Platform API Documentation. make apidox && make install-apidox will build and install \
it. Platform API documentation currently covers KDevelop interfaces and support \
libraries. Check cvs in the near future for more updates (shell api coming soon). \
Interfaces documentation is in very good shape, other is being improved. So, starting \
from today there is a good reason to read API docs before hacking on KDevelop or \
writing your applications on KDevelop Platform.
