Lovely, isn't it? Try this: Close KDevelop, open your 
~/.kde/share/config/kdeveloprc file, remove anything that says [dockSetting.. 
or [dockSession (this is probably most of the file), save. Restart KDevelop.
Hopefully, it should be back to normal now.
