Here at use Mandrake 10 Community edition ( downloaded ) with Kdev 3.0.1 (default \
install) had reproduced bug as described : or by marking project to be reloaded \
automatically next time , or by simply  close/open combination . 

Both solutions from 41 and 30 had worked for me , of cause 41 is better
