It doesn't touch any other code at all, just the Makefile.am in
/parts
/parts/appwizzard
/parts/filecreate/file-templates/
/parts/plugins
because that's the places where i've added the new subdirs

I've tested it with the 3 day old CVS and i didn't encounter any problem (it
doesn't break the rest).
At the moment it's only possible to create/build/run a Haskell project but i'm
still going to add other features.
