I'm open for suggestions, i don't like the way it is now very much either, 
espcecially as kate is "buggy" in displaying the comments atm afaik. So if 
others think so, too and if there is a "clean" way to have something other 
displaying the hints, i'll try to implement that. The advantage of an own 
widget/window/whatever would be also that it becomes possible to have 
references in the comments.
