jpeg lib seems to be hardcoded in kdevelop linker call with a fixed path. This makes \
it difficult to use the crosscompilation with jpeg.

As the linker always wants /usr/lib/libjpeg.so you
have to change that link before compiling for another platform (e.g. ipaq).

It makes life easier to just use -ljpeg and set the LibraryPath appropriately (under \
cross).
