CTRL+ALT are known as system functions.
So IMHO it's better to use CTRL+SHIFT for local application accels.

CClassView::refresh
Call it abstractly through the inter-message system of Gideon.
(BTW: You should reimplement it in a way that the message system better
uses event queues than signal/slots.)
