I am not completely sure where the problem arises, 
but when using Kdevelop, the menubar does not behave as 
normal.  Firstly it appears as a two line menu that doesnt stretch 
across the screen.  This is if I have KDE set up for the Macos 
menu bar at the top of the screen.  If I turn off that feature in 
KDE, then the menu refuses to dock onto the window, and
keeps dissappearing under my Kdevelop window.

I am not totally sure if this is a problem with Kdevelop or my
libraries, but it is the only application that has this problem.
