if you call: configure from the menu-entry, with a tcsh or csh
user-entry in the passwd, you only get the message:
CXXFLAGS= -O0 -g3 -Wall (or whatever else): Command
not found.

this is surly an error message of the underlying shell, since it
is not bash.

chsh tcsh; logout; login; kdevelop &
menu_build_configure......
