In the bug report dialog (which I'm using right now in its german incarnation),
the upper multiline edit widget will get a horizontal scrollbar once the
text does no longer fit into its width.
Well, at least on my system only the upper third of the scroll bar
is visible. Odd.
Vertical scroll bar comes up O.K.
