Ok, let's try to open existing project created with KDevelop v3.1
KDevelop v0.4 crashes with the following output to stderr:

buildInitalClassTree
kdevelop: PersistantClassStore.cc:209: bool CPersistantClassStore::hasClass(const \
char *): Assertion `isOpen' failed. Aborted 

The same is with creating new project. So, it is impossible to work :(
