In a normal kdevelop session, selecting new file templates from "FIle > New
from Template" yields an empty KGHNS window, with an error displayed on the
bottom:

"Configuration file not found: << kdevclassassistant.knsrc>>"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KDevelop
2. Select File > New from Template

Actual Results:  
An empty GHNS window is displayed with the above error.

Expected Results:  
FIle templates should be selectable through GHNS.
