#include <... works fine and auto-completes system header files as expected.
#include "... does not auto-complete anything, which is a recent regression.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to use #include "... to include a local header file.

Actual Results:  
No file name auto-completion.

Expected Results:  
File name auto-completion.
