Thanks! That's a good workaround to quick-fix the "problem" on my side.

At first glance, I thought, that the source formatter would cause troubles,
since it is set up to "Padding = inside only". That would mean to automatically
add spaces between "(", "param1, param2, ..." and ")". Which would reintroduce
the problem
But macros do not seem to be affected by the source formatter.

So I now have a way to continue developing with KDevelop happily. ;) 

Nevertheless I think, the parser should be extended to accept "param1, ... )"
(variadic marco with spaces), too. So I leave this bug open.
