When creating a new project from PHP template, selecting an already populated
folder brings up a warning that is not explicit that it will empty the folder
resulting in project lost.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Projects > New from Template
2. Choose folder that already exists
3. Click next to view warning
Actual Results:  
Deletes all files in the folder

Expected Results:  
Warned me that all the files were about to be deleted, or files moved
