When I check or uncheck a bool variable in the Project Configuration dialog,
the "Apply" button does not get enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change a boolean variable in the Project Configuration dialog

Actual Results:  
The Apply button does not get enabled.

Expected Results:  
The Apply button should get enabled.

This was confirmed by 'mssola' on IRC.
