I just had the same issue and it was apparently some BIC change in stl or gcc
or so, I'm still not completely sure. See also this email with a different
backtrace, which I also got:

Personally, i fixed this issue by purging my kdev installation (including all
external plugins), wiping my build folder and installing from scratch.

Major pita, but I wonder what changed here...
