Pastebin export of patches is currently non-functional because they disabled
the currently implemented API.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Review a patch
2. Click "Export Diff" -> "Pastebin"
Actual Results:  
"You can find your patch at:
THIS API HAS BEEN DISABLED. Please use Pastebin's new API.
http://pastebin.com/api"

Expected Results:  
Successful export, message with the export URL.

Actual reported version of kdevplatform is 1.3.1 (not in bko yet).
