I think that since the .qch support is now in place, we should use that instead
of displaying man pages. I think that we should ship some documentation by
default, or as Aleix suggested, we could get it through KNewStuff.

So I'm not setting this to fixed yet, even if it mostly is.
If it's decided that nothing else will be done on this, I can set it to fixed.
