fix qthelp documentation on some systems with firefox installed

there, a bogus mimetype is installed that triggers our qthelp://*.html
urls to be associated with application/x-extension-html. this is
not liked by QWebView and not displayed at all. So, catch that case,
and rewrite the mimetype to text/html
