Bug ID: 296640
Severity: wishlist
Version: git master
Priority: NOR
Assignee: kdevelop-bugs@kdevelop.org
Summary: Don't bother me with telling me that I'm about to
commit something
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Linux
Reporter: apaku@gmx.de
Hardware: Other
Status: NEW
Component: git
Product: kdevplatform
Currently when comitting something KDevelop is over-protective by showing a
rather annoying message box about what exactly its going to commit. I guess
this is nice for beginners (especially using centralized VCS where you want to
make sure your commit is ok), but its highly annoying when I know what I'm
doing. So there should be at least an option to turn this thing off.
I'm filing this under git right now since I don't have a way to verify wether
it also happens with other VCS integrations
