In menu docks are checked

Version:           git master (using KDE 4.6.5) 
OS:                Linux

I'v compiled KDevelopplatform 1.2.90 and kdevelop 4.2.90. Then i ran KDevelop
and got no left/right side tool view available. While checked 'window'->'show
left dock' got the same result.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open compiled kdevelop ide. Check 'window'->'show left dock' from the top menu.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happend

Expected Results:  
See at least Files Tree View at left dock

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.38-13-generic
