Git version was 1.7.4.1 but apparently it failed to work because was built
against the wrong OpenSSL. I've rebuilt it and now everything works fine.

So my fault completely, I'm sorry and thanks for your help, Milian.

4.3 I also plan to try, I try to have as fresh KDevelop as possible.
