Version:           4.2.2 (using KDE 4.6.5) 
OS:                Linux

When using the toolbars for Quickopen and Outline the appearing boxes are
unreadable as the background color is dark grey and the font black. Using
Ubuntu Natty wiht Ambiance color scheme.

I've succesfully changed colors for other tooltips but these two can't be
modified unless I choose a completely different color scheme, e.g. Radiance. 

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Kdevelop in Natty 


Expected Results:  
Be able to change colors in toolbars for Quickopen and Outline

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38-13-generic-pae
Compiler: cc
