Such a HUGE problem. Updated to the newest stable version of KDE(4.8). And as
soon, as update was done, I lauched KDevelop it opens ALL files bigger then
1200 lines in READ ONLY mode. It's so annoying!!! Disable this "mega smart"
function in the resent kdevplatform. More over, after unchecking "read only
mode" it messes all code around(dynamic wrap added extra new lines that causes
compiler errors). And finaly, I fix code, edit it, save it. Close and open
again, and the same story!!! Please, fix it as soon as possible!!! It's
impossible to work so. I have source codes about 9-12 thousand lines in each
C++, and your "smart" improvement makes me impossible to use KDevelop. I'm so
disapointed in KDE 4.8 release.

And the final notes. Please, call back KDE 4.8 release. It's has too many bugs.
Always crashes "Personal settings" => "Multimedia", Crashes KMess and many
other KDE aplications. This release, declared as "stable" is very buggy. 

I'm new here, so I'm sorry, if reported bugs not clearly. Currently I try to
install back KDE 4.7.4, cause 4.8 is unstable and unusable. Thanks!

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open any souce file with over 3 000 lines of source code(in my case it's 9-12
thousand lines)

Actual Results:  
Opened in "Read only mode", after disabling it, code is being wrongly wrapped,
some extra "new lines" appeared and compiler gives errors cause of new lines,
where they not supposed to be.

Expected Results:  
Turn that "smart" read only function for big files, or tell my, how can I
permanently turn this off. It's really VERY VERY VERY annoying!
