I'm currently with kdevelop 4.2.2 on Mageia.
4.2.3 is not available in the repositories at the moment.

I did try to compile kdevelop 4.2.3 by myself, but I could not find
informations on how to include kdevelop-php in the compilation on
http://techbase.kde.org/KDevelop4/HowToCompile

Is it possible to explain this particular point ?
