When I right click on my project and select 'Open configuration', the 'Cache
values' table is empty. Even when I click "show advanced", there are still no
values listed in the table.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
When I right click on my project and select 'Open configuration'.

Actual Results:  
Empty table.

Expected Results:  
Populated table.
