Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create new project. I use C++, Qt+CMake, and choose Git as my VCS. Don't know
why does it ever use SVN client in this case.

Actual Results:  
crash

Expected Results:  
no crash

KDevelop, KDevplatform and Subversion itself were rebuilt with -O0 -ggdb to get
useful backtrace, nothing changed after recompilation.
