Unfortunately I don't remember or I can't rebuild what steps I had taken.
What I'm sure is that I was playing with two or three instances of KDevelop,
launching, importing project, launching another KDevelop, new session, quitting
previous KDevelop, etc. 
I'm sure I did not added manually the same project to session.

I will keep this issue in mind and if it happens to me once again, I will
report more details.
