Version:           4.2.2 (using KDE 4.6.5)

Currently, it seems the Source Formatter settings are stored per session and
there is no documented way to define them globally for KDeveloop, not for
session.

In my opinion it is a real inconvenience. It either forces users to have all
projects in one session or to manually craft settings everytime new session is
created.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Customise Source Formatter settings
2) Create new session
3) Observe customised settings are not available
