Version:           4.2.60 (using KDE 4.7.2) 
OS:                Linux

to reproduce:

- have 2 php projects open
- in both projects define 2 files: one file with a function named "foo", and
another file, which includes the first one, and references that function
- now it may happen, that you ctrl-click the foo function in the second file,
and the first file in the other project is opened.

this may result in editing files in the wrong project.
