Version:           4.2.3 (using KDE 4.6.4) 
OS:                Linux

I installed KDevelop in Fodora15.
KDevelop don't show all icons when I click icon in Application.
It show icons when I run using "sudo kdevelop".
Without "sudo" list in Project also looks different.
I couldn't capture menu because I don't know how.
But small icons in front of each menu like "Start New Session" don't show up.
I will attach main screen, you can see "Projects".
List also looks different.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
run KDevelop using click icon in Application.
Icons and list looks different.

Actual Results:  
run KDevelop using "sudo kdevelop"
Icons and list looks good.

Expected Results:  
It always looks same.
